Processing time

Because each piece is hand-strung to your design, orders are typically assembled and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Flat rate of $6.00 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
• Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia.

Tracking & delivery

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a lost parcel.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur a re-shipping fee.
