Information we collect

• Contact & order details: name, email, shipping address, and order history when you check out.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Birth date & time for the five-element reading: used only to generate your reading in real time. We do not store your precise birth time on our servers.
• Usage & device data: pages viewed and interactions, collected via cookies/pixels only after you accept (see Cookies below).

How we use your information

• To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
• To generate your AI five-element reading and product recommendations.
• To measure and improve our site and marketing, where you have consented.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, payment, shipping) and, if you opt in, occasional updates.

Service providers we share with

We share the minimum data needed with trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and, subject to your consent, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, and TikTok). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies & consent

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. For visitors in regions that require it, Google services run in Consent Mode and stay cookieless until you consent. You can change your choice anytime by clearing the mb_consent cookie.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email support@moonbead.co.

Data retention & security

We keep order records as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes, and otherwise no longer than necessary. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
